Southern brewery and wine
Southern Brewing & Winemaking was a vision born from Kelly and Brian’s passion for craft beer and wine. Coincidentally, they met in 1996 at a Belgian beer festival at Atlanta Brewing Company, where Brian was the brewmaster. Five years later, they moved to Tampa, where Brian accepted another head brewer position with Ybor City Brewing.

Lively Ybor City is known for boutiques and vintage shops on 7th Avenue, which also hosts Cuban and Latin American eateries. The Centro Ybor mall offers indie fast food, bars, and a cinema. Housed in a 1920s bakery, Ybor City State Museum has exhibits on the cigar industry and the area’s immigrant communities.

Woven Water Brewing Company is a local brewing company right in the middle of the heights. Walk over and enjoy one of the many beers they have on tap along with their amazing menu.
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park features a unique urban design, sustainable construction, and operational features including reclaimed water for irrigation and LED lighting. Park amenities include the Great Lawn with flexible perimeter seating to accommodate a wide range of programming and performances, a dog run, a kiosk with restrooms, a pavilion building with restrooms, park offices, and space for a future vendor. There are also two interactive fountains: the Louver fountain and the Mist fountain.
Tampa Riverwalk
The 2.4-mile Tampa Riverwalk consists of a long winding area that connects multiple restaurants, bars, “things to do” places together in a great walkable area on the water. Great for biking, walking, jogging, strolling and more.
